What is DigiiGifts?

DigiiGifts is a brand new offering from gifting site, DigiiStore.com. There are two ways to buy:

  1. Take your pick from our range of hampers, drink collections and little luxuries, purchase and send to your recipient (or yourself!).
  2. Choose a DigiiGifts Voucher which can be sent to your recipient to their own gift from any of the products on our site.

Fast and flexible, DigiiGifts allows you to give the gift of choice.

How can I contact you?

Do I have to register to use DigiiGifts?

To make a purchase, you must have an account with DigiiGifts. This can be done at any time before a purchase is made, including at the checkout.

Are there delivery charges?

Delivery charges are included within the price of the product on our website so there are no additional delivery fees to pay.

Delivery information is as follows:

Place your order BEFORE 1pm (Monday-Friday) and we will endeavour to have it delivered 1 – 5 days after your order is placed.

Standard deliveries to mainland UK are made Monday to Saturday (Excluding Bank Holidays), orders placed after 1pm on Friday will aim to be delivered after the following Tuesday. 

Please note that although we aim to offer a next day delivery service, this service is not guaranteed as this can be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses or any other causes beyond our reasonable control. While we will try our best to deliver the gifts the next day, but please be aware that this cannot be guaranteed and we will not refund orders due to late deliveries.

What if I haven’t received my order?

For DigiiGift vouchers, you can expect to receive this in either your inbox or the inbox of your recipient immediately after payment has been accepted, or at the time you scheduled the voucher to be sent.

How are the products packaged?

The packaging is determined by which product you are sending as a gift and you can find packaging information for each product on the product page, within ‘more details.’ 

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds but we can allow you to spend the price of your voucher or gift against any of the products on the DigiiGifts or DigiiStore site. If you would like us to organise this for you, please contact us.

When do the DigiiGift vouchers expire?

All voucher codes will expire one year after they are purchased, unless stated otherwise.
