Full Delivery Information:
Delivery charges are included within the price of the product on our website so there are no additional delivery fees to pay.
Please note that while we endeavour to deliver your order when required, this service is NOT GUARANTEED. This year has seen a huge increase in demand for deliveries and as such, deliveries may be delayed. We will do our very best to deliver based on our standard terms, but please be aware that we will not refund orders due to late delivery.
Ensuring you receive your order in time for Christmas is our number one priority, however, please order early where you can to avoid disappointment.
Standard Delivery times:
Standard deliveries mainland UK are made Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). Order before 1pm (Monday – Friday) and we will endeavour to deliver your order within 1 – 5 working days.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will aim to be delivered after the following Tuesday. We’re afraid we cannot confirm delivery times.
**It is the customer’s duty to ensure that someone will be home (aged 18 years or over) to accept the gift.
Please note that although we aim to offer a 1- 5 day delivery service, this service is not guaranteed as this can be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses or any other causes beyond our reasonable control. While we will try our best to deliver the gifts the next day, but please be aware that this cannot be guaranteed and we will not refund orders due to late deliveries.
Although we always make every effort to deliver goods within 1 – 5 days, unfortunately sometimes delays are inevitable – especially within key periods – and we have no control over this. Delivery times and dates are not guaranteed. The time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract and any failure by us to make delivery on any particular date shall not entitle the customer to terminate this agreement or refuse the delivery or to claim for any expenses, loss of profits or other consequential losses whatsoever. No contract will exist between us and the customer until goods are dispatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on receipt of payment and dispatch of the goods. If an incorrect address has been given to us with the order, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred. In the unfortunate case of a product being lost in the post, we will seek compensation from the Couriers, and if they declare your order lost we will offer a full refund. If for any reason the product is returned to us by the couriers because they can’t complete a delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer for all perishable goods.
